At the end of February I was lucky enough to have an artist residency. A place all my own to paint to my heart’s delight. As the days got longer and just a bit warmer, my thoughts went to spring.
Awakening began with a free-style application of paint from a squeeze bottle and from there I focused on greens and blues. To me it feels like a dance and I’m sure I was dancing and singing as I created it. An awakening in our hearts and souls as spring takes hold.
